A SLAP ON THE WRIST FOR BPLAW

By asingleblog

So the courts in the USA have given Bplaw a slap on the wrist. Costs to Randy Williams $5,000. Costs to Thompson & Knight LLP $5,000. Costs to Nancy Holley $325. Costs to Clerk of Court $5,000. Ten hours of “community service” studying bankruptcy law and ethics.

I think that everybody in America is far too wrapped up in the election. How else could Bplaw get off so lightly?

Then again, the information might be useful to some. Now that the shops are no longer bankrupt, maybe suppliers will take action.

If suppliers take action and the Brewers are forced to go into bankruptcy in Britain…

And when the Brewers are ousted from Durham where they make most of their money…

Just had a thought. Who pays the money? Bplaw, Mark Brewer or the charity? We’ll have to be vigilant.

asingleblog – you’ve said it so well. All JMB got was a slap on the wrist. To misquote The Terminator “he’ll be back” because there is no deterant not to continue acting as he has done.
