Just trying to work out how that python ended up on this blog. Phil Brewer was supposed to attend a meeting with the Dean and ChapterĀ at Durham Cathedral. Of course he didn’t make the meeting. His excuse at the time was that he was going to Brazil and needed to send his passport off for a visa. Valiant for Truth remarked, “Hope an annaconda gets him.” As for the hippo…well that’s Lingamish for you. The cartoonist? He just got plain angry and focussed on the python’s eyes and then went off to read Third Way. Yes, those guys who hang around with the Church Times. He promises to kill off the Brewers but don’t hold your breath. In the meantime, poor python is stuck between a hippo and swine flu.
